No More Small Potatoes!

Last night in prayer I kept hearing the Lord said, "No more small potatoes." I thought I knew what He meant but I didn't really catch it all at first. I don't even eat potatoes anymore...not since I've been doing Keto for a year! LOL

Here is what the Collins dictionary defines 'small potatoes' as...

"If you say that something is small potatoes, you mean that it is unimportant in comparison with something else. Our monumental worries are often small potatoes in the larger scheme of life.

Informal
a petty or insignificant person (or people) or thing (or things)"

This is what I believe Jesus is saying. Can you believe it? If you can believe it you can receive but you may just have to keep convincing yourself that it is true because the enemy wants to keep you and I at a small potato level. He's afraid of the Jesus in you so lets go! :)

1. You are extremely important to His plan in the earth-you are not insignificant by any means. Stop comparing yourself to others and most of all stop comparing the New you to the 'old' you. You are dead Your life is hid in Christ. Jesus upgraded you through the New Birth but your mind just needs renewed and needs to catch up with that fact! God made you an original, one of a kind. Learn to see yourself as He sees you (a New Creature in Christ) and designed you to be! Then you can soar with the eagles rather than peck around in the ground like chickens who wings don't work.

2. The struggles and suffering you have endured pale in comparison to His glory that is getting ready to be released through you in the earth. It's no small potatoes! :D

3. His Kingdom in earth is ever expanding. How we think about God's power and ability to save, heal and deliver will be reflected in our personal growth and acceleration. As our soul prospers so it shall be! 3 John 2 & Isaiah 9: 6-7
Holy Spirit may interpret something more for you so 'listen' to His secrets as He whispers in your heart. You are amazing to His plan and amazing in His hand!

What if?

  November 14, 2020 Mary Ann Wray   What if?  These "What if" thoughts came to me while finishing dinner tonight...  Maybe God was trying to show me something. I don't know, but I believe we will certainly find out in His time. While some declare certain victory of their political candidate and others are still theorizing and prognosticating over what will take place, bitter words and divisiveness is being sown around daily like wild seeds. Meanwhile, I think the Father sits back on His throne shaking His head and even chuckling at our human efforts to make things right and/ or figure out the way things ought to be.... Scripture says that "God's thoughts are higher than our thoughts and His ways our higher than our ways!"  Here are some thoughts that came to me this evening.... I don't claim they were necessarily from God-maybe so, maybe not. On the other hand, these ideas are definitely not comfortable to my way of life! Here goes....

Paper Lies and The Law of Love… Mary Ann Wray I had a dream a while back where I was ministering the word of God to a congregation of people, when all of a sudden, little yellow pieces of paper (similar to post it notes) with legs began running out of the church towards the foyer door then out of the building. As the little papers with feet ran out of the building, people were being set free from bondages and the place was emptied out as the Holy Spirit washed over God’s flock with the word of the Lord. I asked the Lord what these pieces of paper were and He said, “Lies”.  You see, when God’s word is declared, that is free of ad-mixture, people can get liberated. The lies of the enemy, are like post-it notes.   They stick to our thinking and declare and decree things over us and to us that are untrue. They are half truths about God, ourselves and others.
